Hawaiian Building Maintenance is seeking a Maintenance Painter/Drywall Technician in Honolulu. The role includes painting, texturing, drywall repair, and general maintenance, requiring detail orientation, good hand-eye coordination, and strong communication.

A valid driver''s license and basic hand tools are preferred, with a willingness to learn and perform manual labor. The position runs Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with an hourly rate of $23.00–$25.00.

Qualifications

• Must pass HBM prescreen check.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver''s license and a reliable vehicle preferred.

• Mechanical aptitude.
• Painting And Drywall Experience Required.
• General preventative maintenance experience is required.

Job description

We are looking for a talented Maintenance Painter/Drywall Technician to become a part of our team. This position entails a range of responsibilities, including painting, texturing, drywall repair, and general maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate will possess detail oriented, excellent hand-eye coordination, excellent communication skills, a valid driver's license (preferred), reliable vehicle, previous hands-on maintenance experience, adherence to EPA, Hazmat, and OSHA safety regulations and the ability to work efficiently both independently and collaboratively is essential.

• Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• Hourly pay rate: $23.00 - $25.00
