Job summary

Cote Family Companies seeks a Painter (Maintenance Property Worker) to support Camp Lincoln and Camp Lake Hubert. The role covers interior and exterior painting, surface prep, and routine maintenance to keep buildings and cabins welcoming and safe.

The position requires independent work, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with the Facilities team to minimize disruption to camp operations. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel between camps are preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of interior and exterior painting techniques and surface prep.
• Ability to read product labels, safety information, and basic plans.
• Experience with painting tools and maintenance tasks is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete interior and exterior painting projects across Camp Lincoln and Camp Lake Hubert.
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, patching, caulking, priming, and minor repairs.
• Mix paints and finishes, apply with brushes, rollers, or sprayers, and maintain surfaces.
