Cedarbrook Senior Living is seeking a Painter/Building Services (Maintenance) Technician to join our community. You will prepare surfaces, select finishes, and apply paint while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Responsibilities include estimating time/material costs, maintaining supplies, and assisting with preventative maintenance and fire safety procedures. A High School diploma and 3+ years painting experience are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years prior painting experience with painting tools and materials.
• Good color vision and aesthetic instincts.
• Attention to detail and basic mechanical knowledge for routine maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with supervisor to determine painting requirements and assist with project decisions.
• Assemble scaffolding as required and prepare surfaces for painting.
• Apply primers and sealants; mix paints to match specifications.
• Maintain inventory of paint supplies and manage work orders.
• Assist with preventative maintenance and safety procedures.
