David Lloyd Leisure Ltd in Hampton seeks a Maintenance Operative to keep club facilities safe and fully functional, ensuring a superb member experience every day.

You will maintain equipment, carry out routine maintenance across pools and gym areas, hold a Pool Plant Operators qualification, and travel between clubs as required.

Qualifications

• Technical skills or discipline such as Carpentry, Plumbing, or Single Phase Electrics – Essential.
• Pool Plant Operators Qualification (STA or similar) required.
• Full driving licence or ability to travel between clubs within region.
• Strong engagement, communication and active listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all equipment is fully functioning to keep members safe and deliver a great experience daily.
• Carry out maintenance tasks across the club’s facilities and pool areas.
• Travel between clubs within the region as needed.
