CharPower is seeking three Maintenance & Operations Technicians to support the safe and reliable operation of its biomass-processing facilities. You will operate plant equipment, perform routine maintenance, and help resolve issues that affect production.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial operations, plant maintenance, manufacturing or a related environment is preferred.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and the ability to use common tools safely.

• Reliable, proactive and comfortable working as part of an operations team.
• Willingness to learn plant processes and maintenance practices.

Compensation: $18.00–$20.50 per hour, based on experience and evaluation

• The final hourly rate will reflect the candidate’s experience, skills and performance during the evaluation process. Candidates with limited experience may enter near the lower end of the range, while stronger and more experienced profiles may qualify for the upper end.
