Responsibilities

• Ensure maximum production quantity and quality.
• Support the policies, goals, and objectives of the company.
• Plan and schedule project timelines, orders parts.
• Constant monitoring of processes for improvement activity.
• Assist and participate in new model equipment specifications, implementation, validation, and process development.
• Ensure efficient manpower balance.
• Encourage associates continuous improvement ideas.
• Monitoring spare parts inventory and daily maintenance consumables.
• Work with purchasing/vendors on cost efficiencies.
