Qualifications

• Minimum three years of management and three years of maintenance experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to master company software.
• Experience with Yardi, Teams, Smartsheet, and OneDrive is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the community Maintenance Manager during vacancies.
• Conduct drills, preventive maintenance, room turns, and work orders.
• Keep records for inspections and drills.
• Oversee housekeepers to maintain quality standards.
• Manage budgets to keep the community on track.
• Provide 24/7 on-call emergency support.
• Provide hands-on training for new Maintenance Managers.
• Coordinate with home office for transitions of staff.
• Foster a positive, collaborative work environment.
• Conduct audits to ensure standards are met.
• Support Maintenance Managers with ongoing training.
• Perform other duties as assigned within scope.
• Travel daily to assigned communities; overnight stays may occur.
