Job summary

Rosen Inn - Lake Buena Vista, part of Rosen Hotels & Resorts, is seeking an experienced Maintenance Office Manager to oversee administrative operations including timekeeping, payroll, budgeting, procurement, and internal communications. The role also manages schedules, reports, and daily office tasks in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

The ideal candidate will have experience in office management within hospitality, proficiency with payroll software, and the ability to pass a grammar/typing

Qualifications

• Experience in office management, hospitality, and fast-paced environments.
• Ability to manage timekeeping, payroll, budgeting and procurement.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance and life-safety documentation.
• Candidate will pass grammar/typing test and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare purchase orders (POs) and maintain documentation.
• Monitor office supply inventory and ordering.
• Review guest feedback and create work orders for maintenance.
• Maintain preventive maintenance records and compliance docs.
• Coordinate inspections for life safety and operational systems.
• Manage timekeeping and process payroll with Finance.
