About the Role
The Maintenance Mechanical Technician installs and maintains facility equipment and machinery in order to maintain required production levels under minimal supervision
Monday-Friday 3:00 PM-11:30 PM

What You’ll Do
- Checking system functionality by running diagnostic tests
- Using power and hand tools (e.g. hosts and cranes) to install new systems and replace defective parts.
- Repairing devices/Lasers/Robotic fixtures/ Paint Equipment/Assemble models/air compressors/ general facility.
- Installing complex mechanical systems
- Assembling, installing, and maintaining mechanical systems, machinery, and equipment
- Reading, interpreting, and following instructions and operation manuals.
- Follows all Company safety rules and regulations including LOTO and wears all required PPE.
- Reads and understands maintenance work orders.
- Accurately performs daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly preventative maintenance on plant equipment and machinery as required per established PM programs and completes required paperwork in an accurate and timely manner.
- Mentors and/or trains existing and/or new maintenance employees.
- Perform any other duties as assigned or directed by Team Leader / Supervisor.
- Maintains good housekeeping and follows established safety procedures.
- Maintains awareness of individual contribution to and impact of the quality, safety, environmental, and product compliance policies and activities; reports all quality issues, unsafe acts, and unsafe conditions to the proper personnel.
Additional Expectations
- Remain compliant with the Code of Conduct and Policies which includes the Kingspan Group Compliance Policy.
- Ensure that all duties related to product compliance are adhered to in accordance with the Product Compliance Policy, Laws, Regulations, and market demands.
- Responsible for all tasks to achieve compliance goals and demands of the Compliance Management System.
- Must raise concerns related to the Compliance Management System to their supervisor, manager, or any member of the Leadership Team, or through the confidential whistle blower service.
What You’ll Bring
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Certification or equivalent experience in mechanical field.
- 4 years’ prior maintenance experience required.
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs. unassisted.
- Ability to stand and/or walk, bend, stoop, or crouch for at least an 8-hour shift.
- Must be able to use hands and fingers to handle or feel machinery, equipment, or parts and work near moving mechanical parts.
- Ability to accurately use, read, and understand various precision instruments including, but not limited to: Gauges, Meters, Basic Measurements
- Knowledge of current OSHA, and ANSI standards.
- Preferred knowledge of computers, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Products.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced working environment with accuracy and integrity.
- Able to work in a team environment and interface with a diverse workforce.
