Enterprise Products is seeking Mechanical Technicians for their Midland Basin operations. These technicians will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a variety of mechanical equipment to ensure safe and productive performance. The role offers a 7on/7off rotating shift schedule and includes a generous $10,000 sign-on bonus. Ideal candidates are mechanically inclined, safety-focused, and experienced in industrial maintenance environments.

What You'l Need

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
• Minimum 3+ years mechanical experience
• Experience in maintenance and repair of reciprocating engines and associated components
• Current driver's license and good driving record
• Ability to read and interpret documents, manuals, and codes
• Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., transport up to 75 lbs., and apply up to 100-foot pounds of torque
• Ability to work in confined spaces and at various heights
• Must wear special safety equipment and be able to put on emergency breathing apparatus

What Will Make You Stand Out

• Technical certification or equivalent training in a mechanical environment or energy related field
• 5+ years gas-fired, engine-driven compressor experience
