The position offers a $1,000 sign-on bonus, a 5% bonus plan, and compensation ranging from $25 to $35 per hour. Although scheduled for 36 hours, you will be paid for 40 hours.

Position Overview: Performs duties related to installing and troubleshooting plant production equipment on a weekend shift (Friday-Sunday, 6am-6pm), with overtime as needed.

Major Responsibilities:

1. Order and maintain supplies supporting maintenance functions.
2. Support startup operations, including lights, dust collectors, and air filtration systems.
3. Monitor machines for malfunctions and collaborate with supervisors or maintenance staff for diagnostics and repairs.
4. Dismantle defective machinery and install new or repaired parts.
5. Design, assemble, install, and maintain pipe systems, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, and electronic control systems for production machinery.
6. Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair machine control systems utilizing programmable logic controllers.
7. Maintain the physical structure of the establishment.
8. Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college, technical school, or related experience.
• Experience with forklift operation is preferred.
