Southern Glazer’s offers a competitive compensation package with an hourly pay rate of $27-29 / hour plus. In determining a final offer, the company will evaluate a specific candidate's education, skills and experience and will make an offer appropriately.

Overview:
Responsible for overseeing warehouse equipment operation and general facility maintenance. This position monitors performance and implements programs to improve operational metrics.

Hours: Monday-Thursday 11am-9:30pm.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Perform preventive maintenance tasks on conveyors, automation, and other warehouse equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, plumbing, and/or electrical issues.
  • Perform minor building maintenance.
  • Ensure proper operation of battery charger racks.
  • Perform repairs as needed on all conveyors and bar code readers.
  • Schedule major repairs with outside vendors.
  • Maintain facility grounds including keeping sidewalks free from snow, ice, or other debris and replacing office and warehouse light bulbs.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Additional Primary Responsibilities:
Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalency plus 1 years of experience.
Physical Demands:
  • Physical demands include a considerable amount of time walking, bending, reaching, standing, and stooping.
  • May require occasional lifting/lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 50lbs.
