• Install and maintain power, air, and water systems for the facility.
• Perform plumbing, concrete, painting, hydraulics, carpentry, and electrical work.
• Create, implement, and audit preventive maintenance schedules and records.
• Work safely and recommend improvements to equipment and line flow.
• Other duties as assigned.
