A global leader in Rigid Plastic Packaging, Serioplast is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic Technician for our plants in St. Louis, Missouri.

What will you do?

1. Ensure production continuity by maintaining machines, equipment, and facilities in compliance with health and safety regulations, company standards, and procedures.
2. Carry out mechanical installation and setup of machines and equipment (compressors, air conditioning, dryers, leak tests, cameras, palletizers, etc.).
3. Perform regular inspections, check relevant parameters, detect and replace worn parts, and submit requests for spare parts or technical support.
4. Set up and regulate molds.
5. Conduct preventive maintenance according to the maintenance plan.
6. Perform emergency repairs to restore machine and equipment functionality.
7. Support external suppliers during inspections, servicing, and maintenance activities.
8. Keep records of maintenance activities for equipment and spare parts lifespan tracking.
9. Organize and manage workshop repairs and fabricate parts using workshop tools and equipment.
10. Assist the Technical Manager with improvement projects related to machines, equipment, molds, and processes.

What are we looking for?

1. Strong knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical, and electronic systems.
2. Good understanding of plastic molding technologies (EBM, SBM, IM).
3. Familiarity with WCM standards.
4. Basic knowledge of health, safety, and environmental practices.
5. Ability to operate manual and electric forklifts.
6. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
