Tribute Baking Company is the strategic combination of four businesses with rich histories in the baking industry: Always Bagels, Original Bagel, Dutch Maid, and Hometown Foods USA. Together, they are a market-leading producer of authentic New York style kettle-boiled, hearth-baked bagels and high-quality cake products sold into the in-store bakery, club store, foodservice, and convenience store channels.

Position: Maintenance Mechanic Technician

This position is based in our Lebanon, PA location, with a work schedule of 5 days per week, including weekends (Saturday and Sunday). Currently, we are looking for candidates for the 2nd shift, from 2 PM to 10 PM.

Responsibilities

1. Perform daily mechanical repairs on production and facility equipment.
2. Conduct preventative maintenance inspections.
3. Address immediate needs as they arise to support smooth production operations and ensure safety for all personnel.
4. Report to the Maintenance Manager.
