• High school diploma or equivalent required

Experience

• 4 years building and maintenance experience in a hospital setting preferred

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Ability to interpret instructions in written, oral, diagram, schedule, or blueprint form
• Computer literacy is desirable
• Good communication skills and ability to relate well with diverse backgrounds
• Valid NYS Driver License

Working Conditions
