Job summary

Oldcastle APG in Pennsylvania is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to repair and maintain high-speed manufacturing equipment. The role supports safe, efficient operations under plant leadership, performing calibrations and routine upkeep.

The ideal candidate has strong mechanical repair skills, experience with hydraulics, pneumatics and basic electricity, and welding (stick). Must be able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in mechanical repair with hydraulics, pneumatics and basic electricity.
• Welding experience with stick welding required; MIG/TIG a plus.
• Able to work safely and independently with good English communication.

Responsibilities

• Repair, maintain, and troubleshoot high-speed manufacturing equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and calibrations per manufacturer specs.
• Assist machine operators during startup and adjust machinery as needed.
• Inspect and repair electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Utilize cutting tools, welders and grinders for fabrication and repairs.
