Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with PLCs and drives, hydraulics/pneumatics, welding, fabrication, and machinery repair.
• Ability to read schematics and work independently with a safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety policies and OSHA regulations.
• Perform preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot machinery and implement corrective actions.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Remove/modify/repair/replace machine components as needed.
• Order replacement parts per company procedures.
• Perform MIG and ARC welding; conduct torch cutting and fabrication.
• Work with pipe fittings and related systems; learn and operate production equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical work and program/modify PLCs and drives.
• Use diagnostic tools and read schematics/blueprints; train new team members.
