Job summary

Nissin Foods is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic in Lancaster, PA to maintain, repair, modify and support all production machinery. You will troubleshoot mechanical/electrical systems, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure safety standards across the plant.

The role requires hands-on experience with tools, ability to work shifts/overtime, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to support production efficiency.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year mechanical/electrical maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Personal hand tools are required.
• Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment.
• Ability to perform basic math operations.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair production machinery to minimize downtime.
• Conduct hourly/daily inspections for malfunctions or unsafe conditions.
• Ensure safety guards and devices are in place and functioning.
• Modify equipment to improve performance, safety, or efficiency.
• Work with electrical systems up to 480V/3-phase.
