It operates as a family of services including Pen Bay Physicians & Associates, Quarry Hill Retirement Community, and the Sussman House. With a staff of over 100 physicians and 1,500 healthcare professionals, it provides a continuum of routine and specialty patient-centered medical services. Pen Bay Hospital is part of the Coastal Healthcare Alliance and MaineHealth system.

We are seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. This position involves 40 hours per week on day shifts. The Maintenance Mechanic I performs general duties in plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and carpentry, responds to emergencies, performs preventative maintenance, and basic troubleshooting.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Trade school or equivalent training and experience
  • Boiler training certificate required; State license as Boiler Operator within 12 months
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • One year of related experience
