Job summary

Smurfit Westrock plc is seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic for their Longview, WA facility. You will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting paperboard converting equipment while ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.

Qualifications

• Must be willing and able to work any shift, including weekends.
• 2 years of mechanical maintenance experience.
• Experience in a paperboard converting facility is a plus.
• Knowledge in HVAC, Air Compressors, and Hydraulic systems.

Responsibilities

• Execute maintenance work orders to support asset reliability.
• Troubleshoot, install, repair, and maintain equipment.
• Promote a strong safety culture and compliance with standards.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives.
