Job Title: Mechanic - Packaging Line

Shift: 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday. 2:45PM – 10:55PM

Position Overview & Responsibilities

Packaging mechanics are responsible for maintenance, repair, and continuous improvement of all packaging machinery and systems. They must have working knowledge of the production process, items produced, and equipment utilized, and lead TPM initiatives, using data to drive improvements.

Must Have

• Minimum 1 year experience in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting (education plus experience, including military technical training)
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical diagrams
• Basic understanding of electricity and motor controls

Nice To Have

• Ability to read mechanical diagrams and understand equipment design and basic electricity
• Technical aptitude for diagnosing equipment operation
