Arconic Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic for Cranberry Township, PA. The role operates on a 12-hour shift (6p–6a) with rotating days off and mandatory overtime potential. You’ll perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot extensive equipment, and participate in safety and maintenance programs.

$27.95 - $32.54 per hour depending on experience.$1,000 Retention bonus!!

Arconic is currently in search of a Maintenance Mechanic to join our Cranberry Township, PA. location. This position works a 12-hour shift (6p - 6a) .

**For 12 hour shift, it rotatesdays on and off, week 1 work 36 hours then week 2 work 48 hours (mandatory overtime can occur on top of this).

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance.
• Identify and look up parts in MP2 maintenance program.
• Use hand tools and other required equipment.
• Troubleshoot independently all types of mechanical equipment, hydraulics, mobile equipment, utilities and basic electrical controls.
• Repair equipment with little documentation.
• Provide improvement to preventative maintenance program by creating task lists.
• Drive root cause analysis and implementation of long term solutions.
• Use a drill press, band saw, lathe, grinder, test gauges, welding, burning and electrical equipment as needed.
• Make recommendations and updates to equipment which result in an improvement to technical downtime.
• Help train maintenance grade 10 employees.
• Effectively communicate with team members, supervisors, and other departments as regarding work accomplishments and findings.
• Participate in L1 meetings, perform safety system requirements, log work hours and comments on work orders in MP2 maintenance software.
