Requirements

• Experience in safe in-plant maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment
• Proficiency with precision measuring tools achieving measurements down to .0001"
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent quality results in daily work activities
• Motivated, self-directed, and team-oriented
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 5 years of Journeyman Millwright experience
• Knowledge of mechanical and laser alignment systems
• Ability to work nights on a 9/80 schedule
• Ability to interpret drawings and manuals

Preferences

• Knowledge of pump and conveyor functions, hydraulic systems, and mechanical seals
• Understanding of bearing condition, alignment, and maintenance procedures
• Experience with rotary kilns and machine shop duties
• 2-Year Technical Degree or NCCER Millwright Certification
• NCCCO Certified Crane Operator
