Perform tasks related to preventative maintenance, mechanical machine repairs, inspection and testing of equipment, building maintenance, and specific projects. Ensure all work is performed safely, efficiently, and accurately to maintain and improve plant performance in Safety, Quality, Reliability (SQR), and our Customer 1st strategy. Minimum Requirements

• Strong attention to detail with high accuracy and precision
• Proficient mechanical knowledge in one or more maintenance areas: electrical, welding and fabrication, utilities, or basic PLCs
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Sense of urgency during downtime
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Reliable and dependable
• Self-motivated and able to organize tasks with minimal supervision
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to meet deadlines independently
• Strong planning, prioritization, and organizational skills

Desired Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience in food manufacturing and knowledge of GMP
• 2+ years maintenance mechanic experience or relevant technical training/certification
• Ability to install, maintain, and repair machinery, equipment, and systems
• Experience with machine tools such as lathe, grinder, drill press, and milling machine
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair production and facility equipment
• Complete work orders and emergency tasks promptly
• Maintain a clean and organized maintenance area
• Use maintenance systems for daily duties
• Operate material handling equipment safely
• Document work accurately
• Support predictive and preventative maintenance programs
• Participate in plant initiatives to minimize downtime and optimize operations
• Perform duties safely and accurately in a fast-paced environment
