ETS Workforce Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Technician for an in-person role in upstate New York. You will maintain and repair plant facilities, machinery, and equipment, and support utilities and new equipment installations. Monday–Friday, first shift, full-time, with excellent benefits and weekly pay.

Ideal candidates have hands-on repair experience, strong problem-solving skills, the ability to read manuals and work orders, and clear verbal and written communication.

• Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and good communication skills.
