Work days/Shift Hours - if applicable: 4:00 AM - 4:30 PM / 2-2-3 Flex Schedule

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $28.65 to $39.47 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

General Purpose

Responsible for leading a team, troubleshooting, providing immediate preventative and corrective maintenance support to production lines, and facilitating change-over.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot equipment problems and perform immediate repairs and preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Overhaul and install new equipment.
• Rebuild and fabricate parts.
• Perform facility maintenance and maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Generate parts requests to ensure adequate inventory.
• Generate and complete work orders as assigned.
• Perform equipment change-overs and production line setups.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Refrigeration/HVAC Trade or Vocational certification preferred.
• 0-5 years of industrial maintenance experience required.
• 1+ years of mechanical/electrical experience preferred.
• Prior diagnostic/troubleshooting and preventative maintenance experience preferred.
• Previous experience within a high-speed industrial environment.
• Demonstrated mechanical and technical aptitude.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to follow manufacturer’s specifications and schematics.
• Programmable Logic Control (PLC) knowledge preferred.
• May be required to supply hand tools.
