Job summary

Palermo Villa, Inc. in Milwaukee, WI is looking for a Maintenance Lead on the 2nd shift to steady a fast-paced shop and mentor a team of technicians.

You will lead with trust, stay hands-on with PLCs, VFDs, servos, robotics, and drive the move toward predictive maintenance to shorten unplanned downtime.

This role offers a $7,000 sign-on bonus, $40/hr base pay with off-shift premiums, 3 weeks PTO, relocation assistance where applicable, and company-provided safety gear.

What you'll do:

• Lead and support a shift team of technicians, keeping lines running at 98%+ uptime.
• Bring structure and a steady hand to the shift, and develop your techs along the way.
• Stay hands-on with mechanical and electrical troubleshooting (PLCs, VFDs, servos, robotics).
• Help drive the move to predictive maintenance so the work gets more planned over time.

Pay:

From $40/hr plus weekend and holiday premiums, a $7,000 sign-on bonus, a $5.00/hr off-shift premium, and a $50 monthly cell phone reimbursement.

Schedule:

Hiring on 2nd Shift (2:00 p.m.–10:30 p.m.)
