Job summary

KDC-ONE is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to keep production moving in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain conveyors, pumps, pneumatics, and drive systems while mentoring Line Leads and Operators.

The role requires 3+ years in an FDA-regulated setting, strong mechanical/electrical skills, and the ability to read SOPs. Expect a hands-on, collaborative workplace with TPM and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance experience in an FDA-regulated manufacturing environment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret SOPs, work instructions, and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment to meet operational demands.
• Respond quickly to breakdowns and support critical maintenance needs across the facility.
• Identify equipment issues through observation and performance metrics.
