Job summary

High Concrete Group LLC in Springboro, OH is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Mechanic to keep our precast production running smoothly on early or late morning shifts. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a wide range of plant equipment while adhering to safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, trade-school training in mechanical/electrical/HVAC, and at least 3 years of maintenance experience; SAP knowledge is a plus, along with a valid driver's

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of plant maintenance experience.
Trade school completion in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, etc.
Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

Retain and renew all certifications for Maintenance Mechanic A (and Plant Maintenance Mechanic B) as listed in the job description and skills matrix.
Cleans, inspects, makes adjustments, and performs plant maintenance tasks as required or scheduled.
Responds to emergency equipment breakdowns and makes necessary repairs in a timely manner.
Reads and understands equipment literature (OEM manuals, diagrams and schematics).
Performs preventive maintenance, repairs, and installation of plant equipment (air compressors, welding systems, cranes, CNC, HVAC, etc.).
Complete and maintain inspection reports, logs, and time entries; document materials usage.
Follows safety rules and company policies; supports continuous improvement.
