Qualifications

  • Strong electrical troubleshooting skills and ability to work unsupervised.
  • Experience in maintaining and repairing various industrial systems.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and repair various systems including boiler, refrigeration, and CIP.
  • Troubleshoot electrical issues and assist in training maintenance staff.

Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Boiler system operation maintenance.
  • Repair CO2 Receiver.
  • Maintain and repair Can & Bottle Clean in Place (CIP) systems.
  • Troubleshoot single/three phase and low voltage electrical.
  • Change over, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair fillers (Crown Rotary, Solbern Cascade, US Bottler).
  • Maintain and repair can level sensors and dud detectors (Filtec FT 50).
  • Repair Nitrogen Receivers.
  • Repair Pallet Inverter.
  • Operate and repair NH3 Refrigeration System.
  • Change over, adjust, set up, maintain and repair can line seamers (Angelus 120).
  • Operate and maintain Treated Water Reverse Osmosis (RO) System.
  • Maintain UV system.
  • Adjust and repair Siligan Vision System.
  • Adjust and repair Inspx X-Ray System.
  • Perform basic electrical installation.
  • Troubleshoot, program, and install variable frequency drive (VFD).
  • Strong ability to work unsupervised.
  • Assist with training Maintenance Mechanics.
