Creative Solutions Services, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic III to support our Minnetonka manufacturing site. You will diagnose, repair, maintain and modify production equipment, according to manuals, schematics and test equipment, to keep line uptime high.

The role requires high school diploma and 2+ years of related experience; you will document maintenance actions in MP2, coordinate with engineers, and plan assignments with occasional overtime.

Qualifications

• Repairs, maintains or modifies production equipment using manuals, schematics, tools and test equipment.
• Documents repair history and maintenance actions in the MP2 maintenance database.
• Maintains spare parts levels and back-up equipment to meet manufacturing needs.

Responsibilities

• Responds to equipment repair calls by diagnosing problems and performing repairs.
• Assists engineers with equipment operation and provides feedback for uptime improvements.
• Plans and organizes project assignments and supports workstation/line modifications.

Title: Maintenance Mechanic III
Location: Minnetonka, MN 55345
Duration:6+ Months Contract
Shift: 03:000 PM _ 01:30 AM if working OT; if not, 2:30 pm end; Sat as needed
Schedule is Monday through Thursday with occasional overtime available for Friday and on-call support Saturday and Sunday.
Pay Rate: $33/hr. on W2

• The "Not to Exceed "
• This position is non-exempt. Provides technical support relating to equipment utilized in the manufacturing areas by repairing, maintaining, or modifying production equipment utilizing technical expertise, technical manuals, schematic drawings, precision tools, and test equipment.
• Responds to assembly line equipment repair calls, by diagnosing equipment problems, and performing the necessary repair.
• Documents equipment qualifications and upgrades made to existing machines, including preventative maintenance performed and parts used, to ensure appropriate documentation of repair history in the MP2
• maintenance database.
• Maintains back-up equipment and ensures spare parts are maintained at the required levels, to meet manufacturing equipment needs.
• Assists industrial, manufacturing, and quality engineers in the operation of equipment.
• Provides equipment development engineers with feedback on equipment issues and offers suggestions for improving equipment uptime.
• Assist in the construction of worktables, providing necessary utilities, and setting up of equipment on manufacturing assembly lines.
• Modifies existing assembly lines or workstations as required to accommodate manufacturing demands.

Education Level:

High School Diploma

Minimum 2 years of related work experience.
