Job Description:
Under general supervision the incumbent in this position is responsible for the efficient operation of the print and mail center, including daily workflow prioritization, maintaining supplies, printing, binding, folding inserting, cutting, collating and filing for assigned projects. The incumbent will work closely with faculty and staff on a daily basis, so customer service skills, proficiency with email and other computer software, and communication skills are crucial. Work is performed independently as a result of written or oral instructions. The incumbent serves as a technical lead for others. Incumbents may function independently and without direct supervision. Off-shift assignments, outside normal business hours, may be required to accommodate unit needs. Additional duties include responsibility for routine maintenance and cleaning of the equipment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: It is preferred that the candidate possess:
Computer operating skills including Microsoft software
Hands-on experience machinery, technology field, or maintenance operations

POSITION EFFECTIVE: The position will remain open until filled.
SALARY & BENEFITS: The starting salary is $55,138. Additional compensation with seniority steps maximize at a salary of $67,566. Benefits include comprehensive health coverage, a choice of defined benefit and/or defined contribution pension plan, generous leave benefits, and access to tax sheltered annuities and a deferred compensation plan.
