Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Five years of relevant trade experience (Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC).
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Advanced knowledge in mechanical drawing, electricity, woodworking, blueprint reading, science, and mathematics.

Responsibilities

• Repair, adjust, or replace structural parts of buildings and furniture.
• Perform plumbing adjustments and repairs on pipes, valves, drains, and HVAC components.
• Carry out rough carpentry including forms, platforms, shelving, and related woodwork.
• Prepare and apply paint on walls, ceilings, woodwork, and other parts of building systems.
• Maintain electrical systems and perform routine machine maintenance.
• Keep records of maintenance work and follow safety practices.
