Qualifications

• Graduate of trade school.
• 2 years of related experience.
• Equivalent combination of relevant education or experience may be considered.

Responsabilités

• Performs preventive maintenance, troubleshoots, diagnoses, and repairs mechanical systems and equipment for assigned facilities.
• May be assigned more complex tasks involving multiple systems or cross-departmental interaction.
• Specialized knowledge in locksmith, HVAC, motors, plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems is required.
• Repairs heating, lighting, cooling, plumbing, ventilation systems and equipment.
• Installation and maintenance of motors and specialized equipment.
