Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience maintaining equipment in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Associates degree or related maintenance certification or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, schematics and technical documents.
• Capable of weld, fabricate and repair using common shop tools.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, install, repair, troubleshoot and maintain manufacturing equipment (mechanical, air, hydraulic, and electrical).
• Navigate work order system and complete repairs and preventive maintenance timely.
• Work in a fast-paced plant with changing priorities and shifts as needed.
• Maintain clean work station per 5S and cooperate in safety programs.
• Read, write and speak English fluently and communicate with team and outside contractors.

Job Description

DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Inspect, install, repair, troubleshoot and maintain manufacturing equipment (mechanical, air, hydraulic, and electrical) in the plant.
• Interact and navigate the maintenance work order system, related processes and people, to directly and timely complete repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Ability to work in a fast passed manufacturing environment with changing priorities throughout the shift.
• Regular attendance and timeliness in reporting to work and completing assignments.
• Ability to work and interact well with others.
• Assist in other plant operations.
• Complete clean-up responsibilities and maintain work station according to 5S procedure
• Perform work at or above pre-established performance objectives
• Understand workplace hazards and take steps to proactively prevent and report hazards or injuries in the workplace. Cooperate in safety programs, initiatives, and investigations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS Essential Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

Minimum Experience Required:

Minimum Education:

• Associates degree or certification in a Maintenance related field or equivalent experience in a manufacturing environment.
