Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Mechanic in Miami to perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment. You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and hydraulic issues, coordinate with production teams, and ensure safety procedures are followed.

Salary ranges from $55,000 to $65,000 with a first-shift, 8 AM–4 PM schedule. Qualifications include a High School diploma and 3 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• 3 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate mechanical maintenance and repair activities for industrial equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machinery, hydraulics, pneumatics, and conveyor systems.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime and support efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, including lockout/tagout procedures and equipment inspections.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and manage spare parts inventory.
