Compensation

The target salary range for this role is:

$30.00 - $35.00

Job Summary

Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment to support the company's goals. This position is scheduled Thursday-Saturday, from 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Job Description

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Perform diversified duties to install and maintain production machinery and facility equipment.
• Provide emergency and scheduled repairs of production equipment.
• Perform machinist duties and responsibilities.
• Utilize mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Read and interpret manuals and work orders for maintenance tasks.
• Diagnose issues, replace parts, test, and adjust machinery.
• Conduct regular preventive maintenance.
• Perform plumbing and carpentry functions as needed.
• Use hand and power tools, meters, and material handling equipment safely.
• Identify faulty operations or materials and report issues.
• Ensure safety regulations are followed and work areas are clean and organized.

Equipment Operating Demands:

• Operate forklifts, pallet stretch-wrapping machines, and cardboard baling machines.

Required Skills, Education, and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of maintenance experience.
• Reasoning, mathematical, and basic communication skills.
• Knowledge of warehousing tools, equipment, and hazardous materials handling.

Physical Requirements:

• Stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift frequently, including items over 75 pounds.
• Visual acuity and repetitive motion capabilities.

Environmental Conditions:

• Work may be outdoors, in cold or hot environments, noisy, vibrating, or hazardous conditions. Travel may be required.
