Job summary

Medxcel is seeking an Evening shift, full-time Maintenance Technician at St. Vincent's Hospital in Evansville, IN. You’ll work in the Facilities department performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of mechanical systems and equipment across the campus.

The role requires experience with HVAC, motors, plumbing, electrical systems and related trade skills, and may involve cross-departmental tasks. Location is Evansville, IN with full-time evening hours.

Qualifications

• Must have one or more of the following.
• Graduate of trade school or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventive maintenance, troubleshoots, diagnoses, and repairs mechanical systems and equipment for assigned facilities.
• May be assigned more complex assignments that include multiple systems or cross-departmental interaction to complete the maintenance or repair.
• Specialized knowledge in locksmith, HVAC, motors, plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems.
• Repairing heating, lighting, cooling, plumbing, ventilation systems and equipment.
• Installation and maintenance of motors and of specialized equipment.
