What You Will Do
  • Perform preventative maintenance duties as required by code or accreditation organizations.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on equipment based on manufacturers' recommendations.
  • Perform basic plumbing, electrical, and mechanical duties.
  • Perform general maintenance duties including replacing ceiling tiles, moving office equipment, hanging pictures, replacing bulbs, repairing fixtures, assembling furniture, and using hand and power tools.
  • Obtain supplies and materials, maintain documentation, and be flexible with work schedule, including on-call duties.
  • Assist Grounds crew with snow and ice removal and participate in performance improvement activities.
What You Will Need
  • General mechanical ability; two years’ experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds.
  • Knowledge of plumbing and electrical troubleshooting.
  • PC skills and ability to follow instructions.
  • Valid Ohio driver’s license and insurance.
  • Punctuality, safety awareness, and ability to follow OSHA and CDC guidelines.
  • Successful completion of a 90-day probationary period.
