  • Maintain accurate records of completed work, outstanding issues, inspections, and recurring maintenance concerns across all programs, and report regularly to the Superintendent.
  • Identify patterns of maintenance issues across programs and recommend improvements or preventative strategies to reduce downtime and repair costs.
  • Manage and participate in the on-call rotation to respond to after-hours, weekend, and emergency maintenance issues as required.
  • Quickly assess emergency situations and direct appropriate corrective actions, including temporary repairs or securing affected areas until permanent repairs can be completed.
  • Communicate promptly with the Superintendent, program leadership, and external vendors during emergency situations. Document emergency responses and follow up with permanent repairs or recommendations to prevent recurrence.
  • Support emergency preparedness efforts, including snow removal, weather-related responses, and facility readiness during power outages or other critical incidents.
