Job summary

Kroger in Denver, CO is seeking a Commercial Mechanic to service and repair non-refrigerated equipment and building systems at store and office facilities. You will uphold our core values of respect, honesty, integrity and safety while ensuring equipment remains safe and operational.

Responsibilities include repairing equipment in stores, performing preventative maintenance, supporting new installations and remodels, and completing time/attendance and parts-order paperwork.

Qualifications

• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to travel independently.
• Commercial Mechanic.

Responsibilities

• Repair equipment in stores.
• Perform preventative maintenance and upkeep of all stated equipment.
• Perform tasks in new installations, new stores, and remodels as scheduled by management.
• Complete related paperwork including time and attendance, log sheets, and parts orders.
• Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation.
