Jobot is hiring a Maintenance Mechanic to service and repair manufacturing equipment in our California facility. The role focuses on keeping machinery running at peak performance to meet production needs.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in food manufacturing maintenance, strong hydraulic/pneumatic knowledge, and the ability to read schematics. Excellent problem-solving and teamwork are essential. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

3+ years in a Maintenance Mechanic/Technician role in a food manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems and electrical/mechanical components.
Experience with electromechanical troubleshooting and preventative maintenance.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment to minimize downtime.
Troubleshoot and repair equipment, including hydraulic/pneumatic and electrical systems.
Interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints to diagnose issues.
Collaborate with production teams to resolve equipment-related problems affecting schedules.
Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, logs, and inventory levels.
