POSITION SUMMARY

Contributes to the safety and efficiency of assigned program sites by performing weekly site inspections and making repairs, improvements, and installations as necessary. Under supervision, assures the safe and efficient operation of the physical plant, which includes all building and grounds. Performs routine preventive maintenance duties and repairs equipment as needed. Documents all inspections and repairs as required.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required.
  • Maintenance training / HVAC certificate or related skills training preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years in related field.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, and be available on-call for emergencies.
  • Must have current driver’s license.
