Join our dynamic team as a Maintenance Technician, where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes and equipment. This entry-level position offers the opportunity to grow your technical skills through both classroom and practical training, making a significant impact on our company's success.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effective Communication: Collaborate seamlessly with employees, vendors, and contractors to ensure efficient operations.
  • Mechanical Repairs: Address and assist with mechanical issues within the facility and on the grounds.
  • Tool Operation: Safely and accurately operate small power hand tools and various shop equipment.
  • Technical Reading: Interpret and understand technical manuals, blueprints, and maintenance documents.
  • Continuous Learning: Pursue additional technical training to enhance your skills and meet both individual and company needs.
  • Self-Motivation: Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Flexibility: Be prepared to work on any shift and respond to emergencies during weekends, holidays, and nights as needed.
  • Safety Commitment: Adhere to all safety policies and practices, ensuring a safe work environment.
  • Audit Participation: Perform monthly BBS observations, participate in audit programs, and maintain the 5S system.
  • Environmental Responsibility: Complete required EH&S training and follow environmental procedures and work instructions.
  • Waste Management: Properly dispose of waste in designated containers, ensuring lids are securely closed.
  • Adaptability: Take on additional duties as assigned, adapting to changes in the manufacturing process.
  • Efficiency Programs: Engage in facility audits, manufacturing, and efficiency programs, including WCM projects and meetings.
