Job summary

Frito-Lay Canton plant is seeking entry-level Maintenance Mechanic for 2nd shift (3:00p-11:00p) Saturday to Wednesday. The role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and installing valves, pumps, motors, gearboxes, and pneumatic systems.

You will learn basic electrical concepts, work with preventative maintenance systems, and operate fabrication equipment as needed. Company benefits and career growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.

This is a full-time entry-level position that is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and installing valves, pumps, motors, gearboxes, and pneumatic systems. The work you are assigned will vary from day to day depending on need.

Our entry-level Maintenance Mechanics will learn and develop a basic understanding of electrical and contribute a unique skillset through the use ofpreventative maintenance systems and work order tracking. Maintenance Mechanics have the skill and flexibility to work on any equipment within the facility and to operate lathes, mills, arc and Heliarc® welders for repair, and fabrication.
