Position: Maintenance Technician

Location: Orlando, FL (E Colonial area)

Compensation: $25 per hour

Job Type: Part-Time (Between 20-30 hours per week)

As a Maintenance Mechanic, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our car wash locations operate flawlessly, maintaining our zero-breakdown and accident culture.

Responsibilities:

• Perform hands-on mechanical operations, including equipment preventative maintenance and repairs.
• Manage building and grounds maintenance, ensuring cleanliness and appearance.
• Implement preventive measures to minimize downtime to 1 hour or less a month and 12 hours or less a year.
• Manage inventory of parts, storage spaces, tool rooms and chemical rooms.
• Be a Safety Leader by informing the team on a weekly basis the weekly safety focus, lead safety part of the monthly all store meeting, ensuring compliance with OSHA and car wash safety standards, and prioritizing safety in all tasks.
• Manage the stores safety training program for the team members at the location you work at.
• Report all safety concerns that you are not able to fix right away; up the chain of command from Store General Manager to Regional Facilities Managers to VP of Operations.
• Follow Lock-Out Tag-Out SOP, Chemical Safety Guidelines, Controlled Access to equipment and always use professional judgment when completing job duties.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Mechanic/Maintenance Technician.
• Proficiency in plumbing, electrical (motor control), pneumatics, and hydraulics.
• Availability for a 20-25 hour work week, with potential for longer hours based on company needs.
• Monday to Friday work schedule from 8:00 PM to 12 AM, with on-call availability for emergencies during the day and on weekends.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a stable work history.
• Physical stamina for frequent walking, bending/kneeling, and moving equipment and supplies.
