ABR is recruiting a Maintenance Mechanic in Fairwater, Wisconsin. This is a DIRECT HIRE. The salary for this role depends on experience and includes a full benefits package.

Department: Maintenance

Shift: 6:00am to 4:00pm - Monday to Thursday during off seasons; may be up to 5 days a week during busy season.

Base salary: $25/Hour - $30/Hour (USD)

Your Daily Responsibilities

• Assist in dismantling, designing layouts, moving, repairing machinery and equipment.
• Perform electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical repairs with or without supervision.
• Troubleshoot and fix malfunctions using blueprints, manuals, or schematics.
• Interpret and modify blueprints; request parts; keep maintenance records.
• Perform line change-overs for different labels and products.
• Make electrical repairs as needed.
• Follow GMPs and prioritize safety.

Candidate Profile

• At least one year of experience in industrial maintenance.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Proficiency with cutting torch, arc, and gas welding.
