Job summary

Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge of maintenance, repair and safety procedures.
• Current and valid state Driver’s License.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred and trade background encouraged.
• Current Black Seal license preferred (subject to state rules).

Responsibilities

• Perform general mechanical and preventive tasks to maintain facilities.
• Inspect, service, repair and overhaul physical plant equipment as directed.
• Ensure work supports patient and employee safety and comfort.
• Maintain and improve environment quality during rounds.
