Job summary

Masonic Village at Elizabethtown is hiring a Maintenance Mechanic to perform building and grounds maintenance across campus, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and equipment upkeep. The role operates during days (7am–3pm), Monday to Friday, with rotating on-call responsibilities.

You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC, fire protection, elevators, and other systems, and participate in snow operations as needed; a valid PA driver's license and basic trade skills are required;

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of masonry, carpentry, building maintenance, painting.
• One or more years' experience in two or more of the above trades preferred.
• Have a current and valid PA Drivers License.

Responsibilities

• Perform building and grounds maintenance across campus.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment like HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Assist in installation and major repair of equipment.
• Complete CMMS work orders and document tasks.
